We collect the information you give us when you send a brief, email or call us. This usually includes your name, company, email address, phone number and the details of your event, such as dates, guest numbers, location, accommodation needs and budget.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, source and compare venues for your event, arrange site inspections, and communicate with you about your booking. We won't add you to marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

To get quotes and availability, we share your event requirements, and your contact details where needed, with venues you're considering. We don't sell your personal information. Our website host and email provider store information on our behalf as part of running the service.

How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only keep it for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.

Accessing or correcting your information
